Brooke joined our practice in 2006 after six years of experience as a licensed dental assistant. She’s a graduate of Dakota County Technical College. She enjoys her time with her husband and two children.

Samantha joined our practice in 2012 after eight years of experience as a licensed dental assistant. She’s a graduate of Rochester Community and Technical College. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.

Holly, Front Desk Administrator

Holly joined Family Dentist Tree in 2019. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She enjoys baking, crafting and spending time with her husband and kids.

Elynn, Front Desk Administrator

Elynn joined Family Dentist Tree in 2022. She is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to her hobbies. You can find her camping, biking, hiking, skiing, kayaking, sewing, knitting, racing autocross, setting puzzles, or reading. Chances are good that if you see a bike outside in the summer she rode the 6 miles into work.

Chase, Front Desk Administrator

Chase graduated from UW-Stout in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in social media marketing. He is an avid sports fan, but not for MN teams. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, wife and two dogs, Arthas and Finn. His favorite hobbies are golf (when MN weather allows) and playing video games.

Amber, Front Desk Administrator

Amber joined Family Dentist Tree in 2024. She graduated from UMA with an associate’s degree in healthcare technology. She enjoys shopping, eating out, being outdoors, thunderstorms, reading and spending time with friends and her three kids.
